Our Cookies...

We send cookies to your browser only when you enter the shopping cart system. If you browse our site without entering the cart system your computer will receive no cookie.  The cookie is sent to your browser so that the shopping cart can recognize you and the products you have selected. A cookie is necessary because you may be shopping at the same time as another customer, and the cookie is the best way to keep your order distinct from another shopper.  Also, if you add products to your cart, and then decide to purchase at another time, the cookie will keep your web cart active so that you can make a future purchase.   The cookie expires on your computer after a certain amount of time, and the cookie does not contain or collect any information other than the products you have selected.

For each visitor to our web pages, our web server automatically recognizes the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address.  We view only the domain name,  but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web page, and aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit is only used by our sales department to send SALES RECEIPTS or other information about purchases.  Information volunteered by the consumer is used only for our own communications purposes.

Domain Information is only used in the event of fraudulent transactions...

The domain information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page and not shared with other organizations for any commercial purposes. The domain information obtained from our web server logs and secure CS-VPOS charge or on-line checking page may be provided to law enforcement agencies/ postal regulatory agencies in the case of fraudulent transactions.

We do not sell yourmailing address...

If you supply us with your postal address on-lineyou may receive mailings from us with information about the product youpurchased, shipping status, and/or account payment status.  If youdo not wish to receive mailings about your product, please let us knowby sending e-mail to us at the above address or writing to us at the aboveaddress.

We do not sell your telephone information...

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding PROBLEMS with orders they have placed on-line.  Your telephone number is also used for USP shipping labels so that UPS may contact you in case there is a problem with your shipment.   No telephone solicitations are made by Red Reef Publications, nor is telephone information shared or sold to other organizations for any purpose.

Your Opt-In E-Mail information is not sold to other organizations...

The consumer's e-mail information that is provided to us at our "opt-in" mailing list is not shared with other organizations for any purpose.  Our opt-in mailing list is only used internally to offer customers special pricing on products, or to announce new products listed at our web site. Consumers that opt-in to our e-mail mailing list can cancel their subscription at any time, and this information is completely and permanently erased from our server database.
