GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt  Monday - Friday.   You CANNOT order any product from our shopping cart if it is out-of-stock.  If an order item quantity exceeds our available inventory the order will not be processed and you will be notified of this problem by e-email within 12-24 hours.  Please DO NOT provide a falsified e-mail address during the order process because we use e-mail as our primary means of communication with you--Your e-mail address is 100% confidential at our business.  If there is a problem with your order, and we cannot communicate with you via e-mail within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled.

When your order is processed you will immediately receive a UPS QuantumView pre-delivery alert by e-mail, which includes all parcel information and tracking numbers -- This is another reason why you should use your "real" e-mail address!.  You also can track the progress of your order at our web site at any time after your order is placed.  Your web receipt that is received following your on-line order contains links to tracking systems at our web site.
 

SHIPPING METHODS

  UPS Standard Ground Service

Charges are computed by weight and are automatically determined when you add products to the shopping cart.  Transit times for UPS standard Ground service are shown in the map below.  Transit time BEGINS when your tracking information shows that the parcel has arrived at the main shipping terminal in Riveria Beach, FL.  Transit days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or UPS holidays.  Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.  Rural or remote destinations require additional transit time and delivery area surcharges charges.  Delivery Area Surcharges for specific zip codes are shown here.  Delivery area surcharges are added in our shopping cart, and these charges must be included with mail/fax orders.

Transit time for UPS 3-Day Select is 3 business days; delivery by 7:30 pm local time on the 3 transit day.  Transit time BEGINS when your tracking information shows that the parcel has arrived at the main shipping terminal in Riveria Beach, FL.   Transit days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or UPS holidays.  Orders received before 8:00am ship the same day.  Orders received after 8:00am Eastern time ship the next business day.  If an order is placed after 8:00am Eastern time on Friday it will ship on the following Monday, excluding holidays.  Please use this information in calculating your transit time.

Transit time for UPS Next Day Service is 1 business day; delivery by 7:30 pm local time on the next business day .  Transit time BEGINS when your tracking information shows that the parcel has arrived at the main shipping terminal in Riveria Beach, FL.   Transit/Delivery day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or UPS holidays.  Example:  Shipments made Monday-Thursday are received the next business day.  Shipments made on Friday are received on the following Monday. Orders received before 8:00am Eastern time ship the same day.  Orders received after 8:00am ship the next business day.  If an order is placed after 8:00am Eastern time on Friday it will ship on the following Monday, excluding holidays.  Please use this information in calculating your transit time.

Transit time for UPS Next Day Saturday Delivery  is 1 business day; delivery by 12:30 pm local time on Saturday.  Transit time BEGINS when your tracking information shows that the parcel has arrived at the main shipping terminal in Riveria Beach, FL.   This shipment method only applies to Friday shipments. Next Day Saturday Delivery is not available in some delivery areas.  Please contact us if you intend to use a Saturday Delivery method.   Orders for Next Day Saturday delivery must be placed by 8:00am Eastern time Friday.
