International shipping is made using UPS Worldwide(SM)
services ONLY. Average shipping times with this service are 1-7 days,
however, we make no guarantee for delivery dates, nor will we be responsible
for any delays in delivery that occur after the parcel has entered the
UPS system.
Certain types of products require shipping cartons
that are classified as "oversized" by UPS. These products include
anatomical
charts and posters and large anatomical models. Because shipping
oversized cartons can be very costly we recommend that international customers
purchase these products within their own country.
To
provide customs-cleared deliveries, all international shipments are accompanied
by a COMMERCIAL invoice. This means that contents will be treated
as merchandise during the customs process -- Please
be advised that your country may add a tariff or duty to the parcel because
it contains a commercial invoice. The buyer is responsible for any
and all additional destination tariffs.
